Privacy Notice

This site is operated by Amir Mehdi Vaseghi for the Autumngraphy album launch. This notice explains how your information is handled.

What is collected

Your name (entered by the host), your RSVP response, and (if you answer Yes or Maybe) your email address and phone number. If you tick the optional box, your consent to hear about future music releases is also recorded.

Why

To manage attendance and to send you information about this event: confirmations, reminders, and practical updates such as schedule or venue changes. Your RSVP is not treated as consent to marketing; future-release news is sent only if you opt in.

Who can see it

Only the host. Other guests can never see your details. Your information is not sold or shared with anyone else, apart from the service providers that run this site: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (secure database and private file storage), Resend (email delivery), and Square (album payments). These providers may process data outside Canada.

Album purchases

If you buy the digital album, payment is handled entirely by Square on its own secure checkout page, and this site never sees or stores your card details. We keep your email address, name (if Square provides it), the order number, amount and payment status, so we can give you access to the album, send your receipt and sign-in links, and handle refunds. Purchases are kept separate from invitation responses, and buying does not sign you up for marketing. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide your album and to meet tax and accounting obligations. A secure cookie keeps you signed in to the album player on your device; you can sign out at any time.

Your personal link

Your invitation link works like a private key: anyone who has it can view your invitation and change your response. Please don’t forward it. If you think someone else has it, ask the host to issue you a new link.

How long it is kept

Contact details are deleted within 90 days after the event. If you opted in to release news, your email is kept for that purpose until you unsubscribe.

Correction or deletion

You can update your details at any time through your invitation. To ask for your information to be corrected or deleted, or to withdraw consent, contact the host directly or reply to any email you received from this site.
